We tried in-season staples off of the menu: Heirloom Tomatoes from Greg Johnsman with TX Olive Oil, Smoked Sea Salt and Black Pepper. On the right: A Salad of Bibb Lettuces, Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Shaved Radish, Cucumber, Blue Cheese Buttermilk
Delish: SC Shrimp and Grits with Tomato Braised Peppers and Onions, Surry Sausage (grits hiding)
