I grew up watching Star Trek reruns with my brother, David. I had my eye on this themed room at the Roxbury for a while. To get myself ready, I TiVo'd a few episodes of the show. :)
This was our third time staying at The Roxbury.
First time: Mary Ann's Coconut Cream pie room (2017)
Second time: Amadeus's Bride Suite (2018)
Stop for lunch before checking in:
One of the reasons why I love the Catskills!
It looks like I ate a yummy reuben!
Scott Babe's egg skillet!

Dinner at Peekamoose:
Ceviche with watermelon. It was amazing. No other photos, sorry!
Saturday, July 13th:
Perfect lunch at Oakley's:
For the record, this was an amazing Guinness.
SO GOOD! Sausage and onion. :)
Flea market finds after lunch:
My father teased my Grandfather when I was born and said I was named after Tricia Nixon. (My Grandfather hated Nixon.)
Refreshers at Union Grove Distillery:
As I work on this right now, Wednesday, April 29, 2020 -- it's just a coincidence that The Roxbury Motel announced a partnership with Union Grove Distillery with their new hand sanitizer.
Dinner at The Bull & Garland:
Beautiful drive to dinner.
Lovely restaurant in the cute & friendly town of Hobart.
It was great to catch up with Jeff & Scott. They have a 2nd home in Roxbury. :)
Sunday, July 14th:
Brunch at the Phoenicia Diner before heading home:
Refreshers at the bar as we waited for a table.
Full Phoenicia Breakfast
The end!
